Rowlatts Achieves Primary Science Award
This month Rowlatts Hill Primary has achieved the latest in its long list of accreditations The Primary Science Quality Mark.
The Primary Science Quality Mark is an award scheme to develop and celebrate the quality of science teaching and learning in primary schools. Schools can achieve bronze, silver and gold awards (we got the GOLD!!)
Schools achieve a PSQM award through a year-long process of initial audit, followed by action and reflection. Since its national launch in 2010 over 500 schools across the UK and in British Forces schools in Germany and Cyprus gave achieved the award.
We offer our many thanks to the school’s Science Leader, Mrs Haig, for all her hard work in getting the award.
